  • First, to begin the sugar rush and begin the flavour enjoyment. 100% Enjoyment Factor
  • Second, to continue the addiction. Some can stop here, however this is most unlikely. 90% Enjoyment Factor
  • Third, to satisfy and finish the indulgence. 75% Enjoyment Factor. Any more from here and the enjoyment factor drops off considerably.

* Note 1 – if you repeat this process more than once in a 24 hour period, the Enjoyment Factor reduces by about 20% across all steps.

* Note 2 – this is an unscientific study. However many combinations were tried to achieve these results.

I’m that Sam guy. I shall be extolling my opinions on all and sundry, a well as providing updates on my progress as a programmer, business owner and overall human being.

This is both a new direction for myself as well as this site. An outlet for my ideas and passions. A separation from my past online (and offline) identity as a young man sometimes known as cyprix, with all that entails. And a celebration of my rapidly approaching new role as a dad.

New Nigerian Classmate PC’s with Mandriva Linux to have MS Windows installed later.

What a load of crock! I suppose nobody ever accused MS of being ethical (at least without the sarcasm).

Why does this make any sense at all. I mean just look at this process:
Step 1 – Buy 17,000 Classmate PCs with Mandriva Linux preinstalled
Step 2 – See machines working correctly
Step 3 – Have machines shipped
Step 4 – Pay for hardware and software
Step 5 – Install MS Windoze on all PCs (?!&?*?#$!!!!!)

How the hell does any of that work? Is Microsoft just playing dirty wherever it can? Do they just want to subsidise African nations computer needs?

If they want to pay me to use MS Windows, send me a message.

What a small start for a brand new blog.

I’m cyprix, otherwise know as Sam Bailey (see about page). I’m a young aussie web developer living in Melbourne, Australia and a couple of days ago just turning the ripe old age of 21. This is all new to me, sooo…

This blog will contain a bit about everything, but as being Planet Cyprix, everything will be related to me and my views on stuff, even if it’s just that I saw it somewhere else and wanted you to know. Overall it’s mainly going to be tech stuff.

Being new to all this, I’m just going to leave the default look that wordpress has for now, at least until I can find the time to organise what I want it all be like. If that is a problem for you, please leave a comment with contact details which I will forward onto enjoybutidontreallycare@maybethisplacedoes.com, else if you have ideas or graphics designing skills (which I don’t – something to do with being colourblind) feel free to comment.

Well whatever you do or where you are, I hope that you enjoy whatever you find here.
